Just for the sake of a long Journal entry. I'll ranttalk about real life crap. Oooh scary.

First time I ever cried saying good-bye to students we have hosted. I was able to get close with almost everybody in the group. The girls were really sweet and we had a lot of the same interests. One girl was in love with Akanishi Jin and Kamenashi Kazuya. She was happy that I knew of them. There were only 8 students(4 girls and 4 boys), but still...

I can officially say I have an inside joke with 3 boys in Japan. It all started at the Sayonara party. Our family name was written in Katakana on our table. Seeing as I was able to read Katakana, I noticed a slight error. Or big one. Our name was written as パンテイー which sounds like Pantie. If anything else, my last name being said wrong irks me to no end. So my sister kindly strikes out the イー part. Making it パンテ, Pa-n-tei. So I demand ask Kazuya who wrote it.(He's the one our family hosted) He tells me Hiroki did it. I tell Kazuya of this atrocity mistake and he chokes on his drink in laughter and he runs off. I later confront the 3 partners in crime. Hiroki, Tsutomu, and Kazuya. First I tell off Hiroki telling him that was not how you spell my last name. He burst into laughter as so the rest of them. Tsutomu came to his defense. He said that Joan(the teacher coordiantor) pronounced it that way. I then glare at Kazuya demanding why he didn't know his own(our)last name. And I end the conversation telling Tsutomu to "shut up" in Japanese. Not the smartest way to go, since he was 21. Oops.HeeHee

But all is not lost. As I did have decent "conversation" with Junsuke. The last boy. He was apparently impressed by my awesome decent Japanese skills. He asked randomly in Japanese about my favorite song from Tohoshinki and if I knew of Perfume. Luckily for me I knew what he was talking about, or else I would have just looked at him like a weirdo.


I'm sure gonna miss them...
